A suave, elegant homage to Italian tradition, whether that be a trattoria in Palermo, Sicily, or a family run ristorante in Oakland, New Jersey. We are paying tribute to the Italians who packed up their bags, recipes and heritage and took them across the pond to create a wealth of new Italian cultures. Just like our squadra when they set their boots in London in 2019.
Head Chef Armando, armed with new recipes from his Nonna Gina to Alfredo Viazzi, needed some BIG ingredients. So being true cosmopolitans, we’ve got a menu stuffed full of the finest British produce we could get our mitts on, from Razor Clams caught on the beaches of Scotland to high-welfare rose veal from Alternative Meats in Cheshire for our Tartare di Vitello Tonnato. Whilst this traditional ristorante menu wouldn’t be complete without our pasta maestros, whether that’s a spicy nduja twist on the classic Spaghetti and Meatballs, or our Fettuccine Alfredo al Tartufo per 2.
